· Along with a parent check the parent portal at least once a week · Come to class with necessary material. (i.e. pencils, paper, marking pen, etc) · Complete all homework assigned using your notes, handouts, classwork. · Practice multiplication flash cards frequently
Grading
10% - Homework 20%- Classwork 30% - Quiz 40%- Test/Projects
Homework is important for the practice of what we are learning in our daily lessons. Homework will be graded on effort. However, be sure that you are showing all work! Homework with no work shown will earn a zero. Homework will be assigned as needed, typically three to four nights a week. It should only take students approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. Students will always receive notice of upcoming quiz and test so that they may adequately prepare.
