Middle School Music Curriculum |
|
Students in middle school have 40 minute music classes everyday for one quarter. Middle school music classes are designed for students to learn music history; lessons are planned to address the national and NH state frameworks.
Students are expected to take notes and complete any assignments. Assignments may involve written work or be as simple as bringing an appropriate CD to class. Students are also taught music theory (how to read music) and are encouraged to come for extra help when needed.
